"Pai.az", operated by "Enhance Azerbaijan" Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1703852711) (hereinafter referred to as "we"), collects and stores personal data belonging to our Users.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data," you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and usage history from our databases, as well as other related rights.

We are the legal entity that distributes the profit generated from the disposal of Property reconstructed through investments provided by Investors participating in a single Cycle of the Company founded by us.

These services are currently provided through a website, and a mobile application is planned for future implementation.

When using our Platform, Users log into their User Accounts. Certain personal data about Users is collected, processed, and stored by us for the purposes described in this Policy.
